Explore how understanding the inherent beauty of their relationship allows you to release judgement and limitation and embrace the movement between the two poles.

All Summer Circles will follow the same format with a change in topic each month. We will open with a short meditation to connect with the space and we will end with a meditation to facilitate integration and a return to our own energy body. There will be space and time for questions.
